The Private Session

This allows you to dive deeper into your own specific needs in your yoga practice.

We are all anatomically very different, so we can focus in depth on alignment, technique and incorporating

the breath in for greater and beneficial understanding.

This will reconnect you to your body being a great tool for you in your practice.

Learning these gives the opportunity to adjust yourself in certain asanas to your individual shape and capability which will optimise, elevate and benefit you in each and every pose you do. Do it well and you will reap the reward which is my aim for you.

The Wedding Yoga Package  

Relax, calm and ground yourself, tailored specifically for you.

A relaxing evening yoga session to induce a good nights sleep the night before your big day.

Or start your day in the best way, settle those morning wedding nerves.

Yogi Yoga Time Wedding Yoga is focused on releasing stress, tension and nerves in the body to help calm the mind and body.

By giving yourself this ‘you time’, the evening or morning of your wedding will help ground you to stay present and calm in the here and now.

Most brides and grooms quote, ‘the day went in a flash!’. 

This special practice will help you slow everything down to enable you to enjoy each and every moment of your special day.

Your yoga session will include a 1 hour yoga class which can be mat based or on a chair. The session includes breathing and mindfulness techniques with a full 15 minute relaxation session at the end.

If you have never practiced yoga or have a regular practice, I will put together a 75 minute practice that will be

bespoke to your needs and ability.

Yoga mats and props provided for use during your session.

You will receive a Yogi Yoga Time gift bag with love and thanks from me, Charlotte.

The Corporate Yoga package

Including Yoga into your workplace can be so beneficial not only to your employees but also for your business.

Yoga is know for stretching, which intern simply increases the blood flow throughout the body which then

energises the body, reducing fatigue, stress, increase focus, improve posture, breathing, moral, digestion and

strengthen the immune system which means less time off sick.

Incorporating a regular yoga practice in the office will definitely encourage your staff to be more productive at work.

When we feel good, less stressed and are fit and healthy, energy levels are high and increased productivity is gained!

My teaching styles

Hatha Yoga Practice 

Holding poses for longer with focus on the breathe - this style enables time in a pose to settle and be aware connecting the mindbody with the breathe.

Vinyasa Flow Practice 

Flowing from pose to pose - Great for yogis with an existing yoga practice and knowledge of poses.

It’s a wonderful yoga practice to just let it go and let it flow.

Chair Yoga Practice

This gentle form of yoga, aids mobility and encourages ease of movement. Highly recommended to any age brings all the health

benefits of mat yoga - increases flexibility, improves strength, reduces stress and joint strain, boosts your mood with

better concentration and better sleep.

One thing I enjoy the most about guiding someone through their yoga practice is seeing them floating on air at the end.

This absolutely fills my cup. This is what makes me feel so blessed doing what I love what I do, giving the Yogi Yoga time Vibe.
