ABOUT ME

Your time for your well-being

Welcome. My name is Charlotte.

Quite simply. I just love yoga!  I love all that it stands for and what it gives you physically and mentally, there is nothing quite like Yoga for the all over wellness vibe it gives our bodymind, I just can’t recommend it enough.

I am a thoughtful soul, well so I’m told, and a bit of a perfectionist as I do like things done correctly. Alignment is really important me when teaching so I always give adjustments or alternatives to prevent injury. Our bodies are sacred vesals we always need to be mindful and take care. As the saying goes,”if something is worth doing, do it properly”.

My passion is helping people, but helping people to just feel good as that’s what life’s about right? Feeling good.

My motto is, “one body, one life, take care of it”.

I have been practicing yoga in all forms since I found it at 16, and having just turned 40 in September 2021 I have accumulated a vast knowledge of various forms of Yoga and teaching styles which has moulded me into the teacher I am today!

My Qualifications

I studied and qualified as a yoga teacher with Yoga course.com and I am accredited with International Yoga Alliance.

I teach Vinyasa & Hatha style Flow Yoga. You can expect me to move you through each posture one by one, breaking it down step by step so you can feel confident to throw your mat down and continue your practice anywhere any time.

I also studied aerial yoga and loved it so much I decided to qualify as an Aerial Yoga teacher too to deepen my knowledge and understanding of this playful, acrobatic yogic practice

I also offer chair yoga for mobility and recovery from injury when flexibility and movement is limited. I personally swear by this form of yoga as it got me back to my mat practice only months after having spinal surgery.

In closing

I would love to have the opportunity to be able to offer to you my Yoga vibe and give you the overall inner and outer feel good feeling that is obtained from this amazing practice.

There are not many exercises we can do for our entire life, Yoga teaches us to focus on our mind, body and breath to stay present and in the moment. A healthy and happy mind, body and soul equals a happy life, Yoga gives it all!

We just have to continue to work on it and hone it each and every day.

It’s a life time of practice and I hope I can inspire you on your Yoga journey to take some Yoga time for you and your well-being.

Namaste
